Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and driven Sales Executives to promote and onboard retailers, Kirana shops, CSC centers, and local vendors onto our AEPS platform. Your main role is to expand our network by educating partners on the benefits of AEPS and ensuring successful onboarding and activation.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential agents, retailers, and shopkeepers for AEPS onboarding
Explain the AEPS product, benefits, and features clearly and convincingly
Conduct field visits to build and maintain strong business relationships
Ensure KYC and documentation compliance as per RBI guidelines
Assist merchants in app installation, biometric device setup, and transaction initiation
Track and report daily leads, conversions, and feedback to the team leader
Meet weekly/monthly targets for activation and transaction volume
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes
Requirements
Minimum 10th/12th pass; Graduate preferred
Field sales experience in FinTech, Microfinance, DMT, or telecom is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills in local language and Hindi
Basic understanding of AEPS, Aadhaar, and digital payment systems
Ability to work independently and handle field operations
Must own a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler
