Position Name:- Field Sales Executive
Location:- Gurgoan
Position Overview:-
Individuals in this role will be working with business stakeholders like End
Customers, Painting Contractors, Berger Dealers/retailers and Influencers. Key
task of this role is to engage with customers having requirements like
painting, waterproofing, wood coating etc. Includes traveling; relationship
building and maintaining rapport with the influencers and convincing them for
product lifting.
Functional Responsibilities:-
Attending the company generated service requirement leads
Converting and servicing these leads with the help of a site supervisor
Developing new best quality painting contractors to work on these leads and
maintaining relationship with existing XP Painting Contractors
Explain about Berger products to potential customers/contractors and
convince them to purchase Berger
Education Qualification:-
10+2
Required Experience/Skills:-
Interpersonal skills, Convincing Skills, Communication skills
Knowledge and experience of sales in paints and building material industry is
an added advantage
Preference for candidates from Paint Companies / Painting services

Livespace/ Homelane/ Aapkapainter/ Cements/ Electricals/ Pipes/ Hardware/

Sector.
Ready to travel within city and having two-wheeler along with driving license is
mandatory.
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales required.
Bike and License Mandatory.
