Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and research.
Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
Client Engagement:
Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Present and demonstrate products or services to prospects.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
Highlight product benefits and address client questions.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate sales agreements to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
Close deals and ensure all documentation is completed.
Sales Reporting and Administration:
Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Market Analysis:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Use insights to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team and other departments, such as marketing and customer service, for aligned support.
