Role Overview
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for selling financial products, including insurance and mutual fund offerings, and for driving customer acquisition through direct field engagement. The role requires strong communication skills, customer relationship management, and the ability to independently handle sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Selling insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products to individual customers.
Visiting customer locations to explain product features, benefits, and suitability.
Setting up and managing Canopy/Kanopy promotional setups at designated locations to attract leads.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintaining records of sales activities and updating reporting systems regularly.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding and post-sales support.
Required Skills & Competencies
Prior experience in insurance or mutual fund sales is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and interest in field sales may also apply.
Ability to work in field environments and interact with customers face-to-face.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.
Ability to set up and manage canopy-based sales activities.
Education
Graduate or 12th pass candidates with relevant sales experience.
Additional Information
Performance-based incentives may be offered as per company policy.
Candidates must be comfortable with extensive field travel within Mumbai.
