Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
• Explain product benefits to individuals, businesses, and fleet operators.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure post-sale support.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor updates, and customer feedback.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Candidate Profile
• Education: Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (Automotive, BFSI, Telecom, or EV sector preferred).
• Strong communication: Kannada & Hindi required; English preferred.
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid license.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Grooming and presentation suitable for high-value product sales.
• CRM/software knowledge preferred.
