1) Sales and collection- To plan monthly sales budget as well as collection for LASF Territory
2) Network expansion -To make sure CB and NCB opening of dealer's where existing dealer is not present.
3) KC and AMP targets for the territory and to add new painters where painters are not registered
4) Site visit for new leads
5) Shop meet & painters meet (7 mandatory for MWA qualification)
6) New dealer mapping in vacant areas where channel partners are not available.
