Position: Field Sales Executive (FSE)
We are hiring energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to be the face of our company on the ground. This is a front-line sales role focused on acquiring new merchants/retailers, driving product adoption, and achieving individual sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced individuals who are passionate about sales.
Direct Sales: Actively visit the market (on-field) to identify and onboard new merchants, retailers, and agents.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for new customer acquisition and sales volume.
Product Demonstration: Clearly explain and demonstrate the company's Fintech/Telecom products and services to potential partners.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with all onboarded merchants, providing them with support and service.
Market Feedback: Collect and report market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights to the Territory Sales Manager.
Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and report them to the TSM daily.
Qualification: Minimum 10th.
Experience: Freshers or candidates with experience are welcome to apply.
Industry: Interest or experience in Fintech, Sales, or Telecom is a plus.
