We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in promoting and selling our range of doors, frames, and plywood products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients including dealers, shops, builders, contractors, and engineers, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit dealers, retailers, builders, and site engineers to generate business.
Identify new leads and convert them into customers.
Follow up on enquiries, send quotations, and close sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch, billing, and customer service.
Build strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of field sales experience (building materials preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of plywood, doors, or construction products is a plus.
