We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined Front Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of automation solutions or special purpose machines (SPMs). You will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and closing deals.
Generate and follow up on leads, inquiries, and RFQs from potential customers.
Visit customers on-site to understand requirements and promote technical solutions.
Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to prepare accurate proposals and quotations.
Conduct product demos, presentations, and technical discussions.
Negotiate prices, terms, and close orders to meet sales targets.
Maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Report market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to the management team.
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in industrial/automation/engineering sales preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of automation products or machinery (PLC, sensors, drives, etc.).
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and proposal documentation.
