Field Sales Executive (BTL Activities)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote Nestopia Interiors' products and services through Below-The-Line (BTL) activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing BTL strategies, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Execute BTL activities: Plan and execute BTL activities, such as product demonstrations, sampling, and events, to promote Nestopia Interiors' products and services.
2. Build client relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, including retailers, distributors, and influencers.
3. Drive sales growth: Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through effective BTL strategies.
4. Conduct market research: Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to inform BTL strategies.
5. Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution of BTL activities.
Requirements
1. Experience in sales or marketing: Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the interiors or FMCG industry.
2. Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
3. Event management skills: Experience in planning and executing events, product demonstrations, and other BTL activities.
4. Strong networking skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
5. Result-oriented: Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
Skills
1. BTL marketing: Knowledge of BTL marketing strategies and tactics.
2. Event management: Experience in planning and executing events, product demonstrations, and other BTL activities.
