As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Naresh IT in the field. You will directly engage with the students and pitch our programs. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in EdTech sales, school outreach, and education impact.
Field Sales & Outreach
Conduct Field visits daily, meeting with students to pitch Naresh IT training curriculum.
Deliver a compelling in-person presentation using approved sales materials and scripts.
Understand students' needs and communicate how Naresh IT offerings align with their goals.
Lead Conversion & Follow-ups
Manage follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and field revisit planning.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding post-deal.
Reporting & Discipline
Adhere to login/logout schedules (work-from-office policy enforced).
Maintain a professional appearance and follow field etiquette guidelines.
Requirements
Strong verbal communication in English
Presentable, punctual, and self-motivated
Passion for education, youth impact, and field learning
Must be based in Hyderabad and available for local travel
