We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in printing, packaging, or corporate gifting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate and SME sectors.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
Present and promote MIB Print’s products and services to potential clients.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored printing/gifting solutions.
Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development (B2B preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Knowledge of printing/packaging/gifting industry is advantageous.
Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
