The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

• Negotiate/close deals and handle objections.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client information using CRM software.

• Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g., trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
