We are seeking a driven and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a confident and articulate communicator with a passion for sales and a talent for building customer relationships. You will be responsible for calling potential clients, understanding their needs, and converting those leads into successful sales. Requirements and skillsEducation: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (marketing, business) is a plus.Experience: Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or in another sales/customer service role is often preferred.Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills are essential.Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a target-driven environment.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite is required.Problem-solving: Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
