Role Overview

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive – B2B to drive our interior production sales. The role involves visiting builder sites, meeting architects/designers, generating qualified leads, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit construction sites, builder projects, and interior contractors to identify opportunities.

• Generate, qualify, and share business leads with the sales team.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with B2B partners.

• Present and promote Konverto’s products and solutions effectively.

• Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.

• Achieve monthly lead generation & sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales / business development (Interiors, Furniture, Hardware industry preferred).

• Prior experience working with Häfele, Hettich, Ebco, or similar brands is a strong advantage.

• Strong communication & relationship-building skills.

• Ability to travel extensively across Bengaluru project sites.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
