We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team at Kapdee Tech Solar. This role involves meeting potential clients, generating leads, explaining product benefits, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy and skilled in direct client interaction.
Key Responsiblities :
Visit retailers, dealers and solar product buyers to promote Kapdee Tech Solar's products (Solar PV Modules)
Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads
Develop strong customer relationships in assigned territory
Explain product features, pricing and warranty terms to customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect market intelligence and competitor activities
Coordinate with office BDE and support teams for order processing and follow-ups
Graduation preferred
1+ years of field sales experience (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
Good communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident
Knowledge of solar products is an advantage
