We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive with strong industrial knowledge to drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and promoting our solutions to clients in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of industrial products and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Identify and approach prospective clients within the industrial sector
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Understand customer needs and offer tailored product solutions
Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with internal teams including technical, logistics, and customer support
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors
Strong knowledge of industrial products or equipment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory
Valid driver’s license
