Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales in the assigned territory. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently on the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Provide product demonstrations and answer customer questions effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Collect market and competitor information to support strategic planning.
Report on daily/weekly activities and submit field reports to the Sales Manager.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in IT.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
Must be comfortable with extensive travel within assigned territory.
Proficiency in using mobile apps or CRM tools for reporting..
