Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail shops daily as per assigned route/beat plan
Promote and sell FMCG products to retail customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and shop owners
Ensure product visibility and availability in retail outlets
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect orders, process them, and follow up on delivery and payment
Keep track of competitor activity and market trends
Submit daily reports to the sales manager
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (preferably in FMCG sector)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel and work in the field every day
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or mobile sales apps is a plus
Must own a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler
