📍 Location: Airport Counter

🕒 Rotational Shifts | 3 Shifts per Day

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and results-driven Sales Leader to lead our team of Airport Sales Executives during assigned shifts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring smooth operations, and upholding exceptional customer service standards. If you're a strong communicator with leadership flair and a passion for frontline sales, we want to hear from you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Sales Executives during your shift.

Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds shift-based sales targets and KPIs.

Conduct pre-shift briefings, set daily goals, and assign clear responsibilities.

Monitor live performance, provide on-the-spot coaching, and boost team morale.

Resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally.

Coordinate with drivers for smooth, timely passenger pickups.

Manage shift handovers, maintain accurate documentation, and submit shift reports.

Ensure the counter remains professional, clean, and welcoming at all times.

✅ Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership, shift supervision, or airport/hospitality operations.

Proven ability to manage and inspire a target-driven, customer-facing sales team.

Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

Basic computer proficiency for handling bookings, sales tracking, and shift reporting.

Educational Qualification: Graduate in B.Com / BBA / BBM / MBA or any relevant degree.

Willingness to work rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night) including weekends and public holidays.
