We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executives to promote and drive sales for our Carpool Taxi Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential corporate and individual customers, explaining the benefits of carpooling, and closing sales to grow our user base.
Identify and approach potential customers (corporates, residential communities, commuters).
Promote carpool services and explain the cost-saving and environmental benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct on-ground promotional activities and participate in marketing campaigns.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion rates.
Maintain records of sales, leads, and client feedback using CRM tools.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Gather market insights and competitor information to improve sales strategy.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.
Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in transportation, logistics, or mobility sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to handle objections.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be comfortable with fieldwork and travel within the city.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
