Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell IT infrastructure products including computers, laptops, networking devices, CCTV systems, servers, and firewalls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients on-site, meeting sales targets, and providing tailored IT solutions to business customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential B2B clients in assigned territory.
Conduct on-site client meetings to understand requirements and present product solutions.
Promote and sell IT products including:
Desktops, Laptops, and Peripherals
Networking Equipment (Switches, Routers, Access Points)
CCTV Surveillance Systems
Servers and Storage Solutions
Firewalls and Cybersecurity Appliances
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Prepare and deliver product quotes and proposals.
Coordinate with technical and support teams for pre-sales and post-sales requirements.
Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in IT hardware, networking, or security systems.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure products and solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
Must be comfortable with fieldwork and client visits.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Electronics, or related field.
Experience with B2B or enterprise sales is a plus.
Familiarity with brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Hikvision, Fortinet, etc.
Salary & Incentives:
Base Salary: 20000 - 35000 based on experience
Sales Incentives/Commission: Performance-based
Travel Allowance & Mobile Reimbursement
