Job Summary:

As a Field Sales Executive (FSE) at Paytm, you will be responsible for merchant onboarding, promoting Paytm’s products (QR codes, Soundbox, EDC devices, etc.), and ensuring a high level of merchant satisfaction. This is a field-intensive role with direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail stores, local businesses, and merchants to onboard them on Paytm platform.

• Promote and install Paytm products (QR Codes, Soundbox, EDC, UPI, etc.).

• Educate merchants on product usage, transaction processes, and benefits.

• Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance during onboarding.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Provide after-sales support to ensure merchant satisfaction.

• Collect market feedback and share insights with the team.

• Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th pass / 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).

• Age: 18–35 years.

• Field sales or merchant acquisition experience preferred (FMCG, telecom, or FinTech).

• Must own a smartphone and two-wheeler with valid driving license.

• Familiarity with local geography and ability to travel within assigned territory.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of mobile apps and digital payments.
