Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Conduct field visits and cold calls to prospective customers.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
Provide feedback to the internal teams regarding customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
Attend meetings, sales events, and training to stay up to date with the latest developments.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a field sales representative, sales executive, or similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Self-motivated and driven to meet sales goals.
Familiarity with CRM practices and sales performance metrics.
High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
