Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth by identifying potential customers, promoting products/services, and building strong client relationships. The role involves field visits, lead generation, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to customers effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the sales manager.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
10+Diploma// 12th +Diploma// Degree
0–3 years of experience in field sales or similar roles (freshers can also apply for entry-level positions).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
