Key Responsibilities
Acquire new customers for DBS Bank savings accounts, current accounts, and other banking products.
Conduct field visits to meet potential customers and explain product offerings.
Generate leads through cold calls, references, and market activities.
Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
Maintain strong customer relationships for cross-selling opportunities.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate banking solutions.
Ensure compliance with all RBI and bank policies.
👤 Candidate Requirements
12th pass/Graduate (preferred).
Freshers or candidates with 6 months–3 years of field sales experience.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Must be comfortable with field work.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Two-wheeler preferred (depending on location).
