Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Gyaan Dairy products in designated territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing product awareness, generating sales, and developing relationships with retail shops, distributors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new retail outlets, distributors, and institutional clients.

• Regularly visit assigned routes/territories to ensure availability and visibility of Gyaan Dairy products.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to suggest improvements.

  Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG/Dairy experience preferred).

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills in local language and basic English/Hindi.

  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
