Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the real estate or allied industries to join our Quality Control Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client coordination, quality check follow-ups, and on-site reporting, ensuring seamless communication and execution in the field. This is a field-based role located in Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to client sites to ensure product quality and delivery satisfaction
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for quality checks and final approvals
Maintain strong follow-ups with customers and address any concerns promptly
Promote the company’s products and services to real estate developers and project managers
Prepare and submit daily reports and feedback to the sales and QC departments
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving queries and providing timely updates
Assist in post-delivery follow-ups to secure repeat business and referrals
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the real estate sector
Graduate in any discipline
Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi – both spoken and written
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively
Basic knowledge of sales reporting tools and CRM systems is an advantage
Must be based in or willing to commute to Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai
Additional Information:
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (Based on experience)
