Identify potential customers in the assigned area.
Visit prospects regularly to generate new leads and opportunities.
Convert leads into active customers through direct meetings.
Visit assigned sites daily to check housekeeping standards.
Ensure all housekeeping staff are present, properly groomed, and assigned to duties.
Monitor cleaning activities across all areas (floors, restrooms, common areas, cabins, etc.).
Allocate tasks to each housekeeping staff based on site requirements.
Arrange replacements when staff are absent.
Conduct briefings before shift start and ensure end-of-day reporting.
Perform routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, checklists, and safety standards.
Identify gaps and take corrective action immediately.
Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, chemicals, machines, and safety.
Provide continuous on-the-job training to improve performance.
Act as the point of contact between client and company.
Update clients about manpower availability, issues, or special cleaning tasks.
Address and resolve client complaints promptly.
Check availability of cleaning materials, tools, and machines at site.
Raise material requests and ensure timely replenishment.
Maintain stock registers and avoid misuse of materials.
