Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales and revenue growth
by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing customers. The
Field Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting clients in person, understanding their needs, and
offering appropriate products or solutions. The role involves extensive travel within the assigned territory,
strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and reaching out to new potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conducting sales meetings and product presentations to showcase our offerings either at the client's
premises or ours.
- Understanding clients' needs and recommending suitable products/services.
- Negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
- Generating and processing client orders accurately and efficiently.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities.
- Providing excellent customer service and post-sale support.
- Reporting sales activities and results to the higher authority.
- Follow up for outstanding payments with the clients.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in apparel sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel PAN India as required.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of the apparel B2B trade and client base (preferred).
- Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken)
- Multilingual preferred (additional languages are a plus)
