Sales Executive - Decor Products
Location: Kerala /Chennai
Job Summary:
Drive sales growth for decor products by acquiring new customers and managing existing client relationships to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Conduct client visits and product presentations.
Build strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
Coordinate with back-end teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and sales using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to present products attractively and engage clients through storytelling.
Experience selling indoor, lifestyle, or consumer goods products is preferred.
Familiarity with local market geography and customer preferences.
Effective time and task management.
Basic proficiency in mobile apps, email, Excel, and CRM systems.
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum: Graduate/Diploma.
Preferred: Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
