We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Work Sales Executive to join Radboards' vibrant sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships with clients, and promoting our innovative hoverboards and other products. This role requires on-ground sales efforts and the ability to understand customer needs while aligning with Radboards' vision and values. Key Responsibilities: Visible Attributes (Technical Skills and Competencies): 1. Sales & Business Development: o Identify and acquire potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking. o Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting Radboards' products effectively. o Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to clients. 2. Relationship Management: o Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers, partners, and franchisees. o Provide post-sales support and address customer queries promptly. 3. Market Research: o Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. o Provide insights and recommendations to the management for improving sales strategies. 4. Experience: o 1-3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in consumer electronics, retail, or mobility products). o Freshers with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are also welcome. Skills: o Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. o Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite. o Proficiency in English and [local language, e.g., Kannada].
