Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive who can generate new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and drive sales of our industrial blades & cutting tools to manufacturing units, distributors, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers in industrial, packaging, printing, wood, and metal sectors.

• Pitch company products (industrial blades, cutting tools, knives, saws) to new and existing clients.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and direct industrial buyers.

• Generate leads through market research, cold calls, references, and industrial visits.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.

• Provide technical knowledge about products and suggest suitable solutions to client requirements.

• Handle quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups until order closure.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Diploma (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field preferred, but not mandatory).

• 1–4 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in industrial products / tools / engineering sector).

• Freshers with strong interest in industrial sales may also apply.

• Good communication & negotiation skills (Hindi, English; Marathi is a plus).

• Ability to travel within Mumbai and surrounding industrial areas.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
