Job Description:

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to drive customer outreach, generate leads, and promote our premium car care services. The role involves meeting customers, explaining services, maintaining client relationships, and supporting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Visit potential customers and clearly explain our detailing services, PPF solutions, and a wide range of car care and automotive products.

Generate leads through field activities and follow-ups

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Achieve monthly sales targets

Coordinate with the in-store sales team for conversions

Provide daily reports and updates to management

Required Qualifications:

Education: Graduate (Any discipline)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in field sales (any industry); automotive industry preferred

Strong communication and convincing skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month + incentives
