Job Title: Service Relationship AssociateLocation: South MumbaiAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Service Relationship Associate who will be responsible for client visits, site coordination, and business development. The candidate must be comfortable with on-ground activities, meeting customers, and liaising with architects/contractors to drive business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their location for wall mapping, site inspections, and quotations.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and site supervisors for business discussions.Ensure regular client interaction and build strong relationships.Handle on-field sales activities and reporting.Travel frequently within the assigned territory (candidate must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license).Required Skills & ExperienceField sales/marketing experience is mandatory.Background in paints, cement, building materials, or related products is highly preferred.Candidates with experience in merchant services (PhonePe, GPay, POS/scanners, devices, etc.) are also eligible.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Self-motivated and target-driven personality.Banking/finance-only background candidates will not be considered
