Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our client’s team in Gurugram, Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting potential clients, and closing sales to meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, cold calls, and referrals

• Promote company products/services and explain their benefits to customers

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships

• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and market feedback

• Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-ups

• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)

• 1–2 years of experience in field sales or direct selling

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

• Willingness to travel locally within Gurugram

• Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred)
