Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in field sales and a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and client meetings

• Promote company products/services to potential customers and close sales

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

• Provide feedback and market insights to the sales team and management

• Ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in field sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Willingness to travel within the Delhi region

• Graduate degree preferred
