📌 Field Sales Executive – Jagatpura, Jaipur

About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive with 2 to 3 years of proven experience in outside sales. If you thrive on building customer relationships, meeting targets through face‑to‑face interactions, and enjoy working independently across assigned territories, this role is a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients within Jagatpura and the surrounding areas.

• Conduct regular client visits and product/service presentations tailored to customer needs

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers

• Negotiate pricing and terms, closing deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets

• Record all interactions, leads, quotations, and follow‑ups in CRM or sales reporting tools

• Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activity, and product/service enhancements

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (preferred)

• 2–3 years of field/territory sales experience, with a track record of achieving targets

• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

• Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting software

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for field visits

• Willingness to travel frequently within the Jaipur region
