Job Summary
Bloom IT Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and coordinating meetings with the sales team. This role requires visiting potential clients, explaining company services, and supporting business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit potential clients and businesses to introduce Bloom IT Solutions’ services.
• Generate and qualify new leads through field visits and networking.
• Explain company services and create interest among potential clients.
Arrange and schedule Google Meet meetings• between prospects and the Manager.
• Maintain records of client visits, leads, and follow-ups.
Provide daily and weekly reports to the Business Development Manager (BDM)•.
• Coordinate with the internal team for meeting schedules and client requirements.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure meeting confirmations and business opportunities.
Requirements
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, field sales, or business development (Freshers can apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and online meeting tools.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Salary & Incentives
• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on performance)
### Working Hours
• Office Time: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
### Working Days
• Monday – Friday: Full Working Day
• 1st & 3rd Saturday: Half Day
• 2nd & 4th Saturday: Holiday
• 1 Additional Leave per Month
