Job Responsibilities for the above position:

Key Responsibilities:

In this highly Visible role the candidate will report to the Area Relationship Manager of
the Group and will be mapped to Areas within the city.
 
-Be the Key Relationship Manager to the area/Societies/Customer
-Drive strategy and execution for Sales, Marketing, Retention & winback in the
designated area
-Drive order growth by driving Sales, Marketing, Retention & Winback
-Solve issues and complaints of the customers/Society
-Work closely with the operations/delivery team to ensure customer satisfaction
 
Minimum Qualifications 

● Interest in business development, Sales.
● Demonstrated experience, commitment, and passion regarding the potential of
business development to solve business challenges and deliver business value.
● Understanding of the competitive and partner landscape.
● Developed point of view on business potential and limits in the marketplace.
● Get involved in the community focused launch plan of the company's services.
● Visibility and contacts in the community management, apartment association.
● Good communication skills and command of Regional Language is a must and Hindi
would be an added advantage.
