About the Role

AutoVeer Group is hiring energetic and target-oriented candidates for the profile of Field Sales Executive in the automobile/agriculture sales sector. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, field visits, customer handling, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit villages, mandis, and local markets for lead generation

• Meet customers and explain product features, offers, and finance options

• Conduct field demonstrations and customer follow-ups

• Build relationships with customers and local influencers

• Coordinate with dealership and finance teams

• Maintain daily field visit reports and sales pipeline

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate

• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable with field work and traveling

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
