Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition & Sales:
Develop new customer relationships through cold calling, market references, and local campaigns.
Achieve sales targets for liabilities (savings and current accounts) and other financial products.
Cross-sell third-party products like life insurance, health insurance, and mutual funds.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent service to walk-in customers, handling inquiries and resolving complaints.
Process transactions such as demand drafts, cheque deposits, and loan payments.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
Operations & Compliance:
Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records.
Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality and security of bank information.
Branch Growth:
Implement sales and marketing activities to grow the liabilities business.
Contribute to overall branch growth by achieving targets and numbers as per the scorecard.
