Job Description:

BharatPe is hiring Relationship Executives for a non-sales field role. The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting merchant locations and assisting with their queries and issues related to our services and products.

Responsibilities:

Visit merchant shops in assigned areas

Resolve merchant queries and ensure customer satisfaction

Educate merchants on BharatPe Terminal usage and features

Maintain daily visit reports and feedback

Build positive relationships with Merchants

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduates preferred

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable with field work and travel locally

Own vehicle preferred
