Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven On-Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for promoting and selling products/services through field visits, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential customers at their premises or business locations.
Promote and sell company products/services to generate new business.
Identify prospects, follow up on leads, and convert them into clients.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and customer interactions.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Gather market intelligence and report customer feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
