This role is centered on end-to-end Order Management and Fulfillment, ensuring efficient processing and high customer satisfaction.
Core Focus: Manage the entire order lifecycle—from data entry and validation to execution, invoicing, and closure—accurately and on time.
Key Duties: Act as the primary liaison between the customer and internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance) to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery.
Essential Skills: Experience in Order/Supply Chain, proficiency in ERP systems (like SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
In essence, the FSE is the main controller of the order fulfillment process between the company and the customer.
