Designation: Relationship Manager ( B2B Sales)
Identify and approach potential partners in the region to expand business opportunities.
Conduct field visits and client meetings to present company offerings and business models.
Deliver impactful sales presentations to prospective partners.
Manage the complete partner onboarding process, ensuring smooth documentation and activation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners through regular partner visits and engagement activities.
Track partner performance and provide necessary support to maximize growth.
Gather market insights and competitor information to improve sales strategies.
Meet and exceed regional sales and acquisition targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or partner acquisition.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits across the Chennai region.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
