As we expand, we’re looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive business growth by building relationships with architects, interior designers, and construction firms.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients (architects, interior designers, construction companies, and real estate developers) to promote our products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and design industry.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored interior solutions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align sales strategies with brand goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth project handovers.
- Provide post-sales support and foster long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in interior design, architecture, or construction.
- Strong network or ability to connect with architects, designers, and builders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively for client meetings.
- Knowledge of interior products, materials, and design trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
