Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and building strong relationships with new and existing customers. This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel within the assigned territory.
Visit potential and existing customers to promote and sell company products/services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Gather market intelligence and report competitor activities.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
Proven experience in field sales or a similar customer-facing role (1–3 years preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
