Designation: Retail Field Sales Executive/Sr. Executive

CTC: Rs. 4,20,000 per annum (maximum) + insurance and other benefits, attractive Incentives apart from salary

Job Description:

Door to Door slaes.

• Sell company products/services to targeted customers in the assigned area

• Attend all inquiry calls within TAT

• Generate own leads through door-to-door activity and cold calls

• Submit daily call reports to reporting manager

• Conduct weekly BTL activities (kiosk, leafleting, brochure distribution)

• Participate in on-ground activities to counter competition

• Maximize capacity utilization from low-utilized elements

Eligibility Criteria:

• SSC (min.), Inter, Graduation or equivalent degree (essential for experienced professionals)

• 6 months to 8 years sales experience (any industry)

• Age: Maximum 37 years (good health and capable of performing daily activities)

• Passion for sales

• Good communication skills (Telugu or Hindi)

• Experience with door-to-door activities

• Bike/Original Driving License or Learning License (compulsory)

Mandatory Documents:
