Role Purpose
The Admission Officer will counsel students and parents to identify learning needs through structured counselling sessions, support academic success, and drive enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve revenue targets by meeting assigned sales goals
Counsel students and parents through in-person meetings, calls, and follow-ups
Sell, up-sell, and cross-sell educational courses to prospective and existing students
Convert qualified leads into successful admissions
Maintain and update student information in CRM systems
Attend regular training on product knowledge and sales skills
Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance guidelines

Strong sales persuasion and negotiation skills
Empathetic, patient, and student-focused approach
Excellent communication skills in English and the regional language
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Sales tools
Target-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
Preferred: BTech / MBA / Master’s in Psychology / Education
Minimum 1 year experience in:
Educational or career counselling OR
B2C sales across industries
